Our Philosophy

Arlanson Russo and MacKenzie believes that a client is best served when they can make informed decisions. We emphasize counseling clients in order for them to completely understand the full range of planning opportunities that are most appropriate for their circumstances. We are there to assist clients to find the most practical and cost effective solutions should a legal issue arise. Work is done efficiently and skillfully, however, if we are unfamiliar with particular area of law for which a client needs advice, we may make a referral to an attorney who is particularly skilled in such matters. In any situation, the goal of this office is to see that clients receive the highest quality legal services at a reasonable fee.

Fees & Costs

We strive to provide quality service for a fair fee. Fees are based upon a number of factors, including complexity of the issues as well as drafting and counseling pertaining to documents. Often, a flat fee for specific matters will be most appropriate, however an hourly fee arrangement is at times better suited to the client's needs. Detailed fee arrangements and projected expenses are mutually agreed upon prior to the commencement of legal services.
